Understanding the ANXIETY LOOP

There are two key points you need to learn in order to find calm confidence:

🔑 Key #1: Understand how the brain creates an anxiety loop.

🔑 Key #2: Understand how to break the anxiety loop with the confidence formula.

The anxiety loop consists of three parts:

1) Avoidance

2) Anticipation

3) Negative memory

First, you AVOID a situation that scares you. Perhaps you stay at home instead of going to a social gathering.

And then, since you can't avoid everything, you will inevitably end up in situations where you are forced to do something that scares you. This is where ANTICIPATION comes in.

And finally, due to the buildup of avoidance and anticipation, you've already lost the battle before you even show up, and therefore, you have a negative experience – A NEGATIVE MEMORY.

And then the loop continues on and on and on, getting stronger with each rotation.

Until you do something to stop it. Which brings us to...

The anxiety loop has a certain inertiait will keep doing the same thing unless there is an outside force that knocks it off its normal pattern.
